To become the leading provider of job performance assessment systems and services. To revolutionize the way companies conduct job performance assessments. To make job performance assessments more Accurate, Cost effective, and Effortless.
PSRI has been conducting research and development into job performance measurement techniques since 1988. Our research has focused on integrating the latest developments of cognitive science research to practical applications of personnel and organizational psychology in the area of performance assessment. In contrast to the typical ratings based after-the-fact performance assessments, our research has used techniques and principles from modern cognitive psychology to bring performance assessment to the job setting itself. This 15-year research program has been sponsored by a series of grants from the Office of Naval Research, the Office of the Chief of Naval Research, the Army Research Institute, and the Small Business Innovative Research program. In addition to the principals of PSRI, other leading researchers in the field have been involved from the University of Minnesota, State University of New York at Buffalo, Kent State University, and the University of Akron. |
